Topic 1: Supramolecular Chemistry:
Synthesis of different supramolecular networks of organic and inorganic compounds. Exploration of several intriguing supramolecular features in these synthesized architectures.
Topic 2: Crystal Engineering:
Preparation of different coordination polymers, metal-organic-frameworks inorganic co-crystals and characterization of these materials through single-X-ray diffraction patterns. Co-crystallization of organic supramoles has also been determined by X-Ray crystallographic technique.
Topic 3: Sensor:
Diverse prepared inorganic and organic supramolecules are exploited for the generation of several novel sensors specially fluorescence and UV-Vis spectroscopic technique. Very facile naked-eye sensing ability has also been judged. Bio-Sensing ability has been tested through soft scaffolds.
Topic 4: Hydrogel:
Metal and organic compound based hydrogels have been synthesized. Several fascinating functionalities like chemo-sensing ability, nano particle generation cum stability, bio-molecule immobilization, chemo active DNA hydrogel formation, etc. of these hydrogels has been explored.
